Monday, April 13

• 7:00 a.m. – Check-in opens and breakfast at the course
• 8:00 a.m. – Golf Tournament (two rounds this year) 
• Wichita Falls Country Club 1701 Hamilton Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76308
• 8:00 a.m. – First Round Tee Off
• 12:00 p.m. – 2nd Round Check-in & Lunch at the course
• 1:30 p.m. – 2nd Round Tee off
• 5:00 p.m. – Trade Show Opens & Opening Reception

• 7:00 p.m. – Barbecue (MPEC)
• 8:00 p.m. – Live Music & Dancing featuring Flashback! Country (MPEC)

Tuesday, April 14 (MPEC)

• 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast & Trade Show Opens
• 10:00 a.m. – State and Federal Updates from the Alliance
• 11:30 a.m. – Closing Luncheon begins
• 12:00 p.m. – Closing Luncheon with Featured Speaker State Senator Kevin Sparks (R-Midland)
